These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AiHR platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or opening an interview link, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
AiHR provides an AI-assisted interview tool with a 3D talking avatar, secure resume processing, live transcripts and evidence-cited advisory reports. Recruiters create assistants and share a unique link; candidates participate in a live conversation.
2. Accounts
You must be 16 or older, provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
- No discrimination, harassment, or interviews that violate applicable employment law.
- No use to make a fully automated hiring decision without human review.
- No scraping, reverse-engineering, or abusing AI quotas.
- You must inform candidates of the AI nature of the interview before recording.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of assistant configurations, knowledge bases, and interview content. You grant us a limited licence to host and process such content solely to operate the Service.
5. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated reports are advisory. They may contain inaccuracies and must not be used as the sole basis for any employment decision. A qualified human must review every outcome.
6. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is legally required.
8. Warranties & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, EU. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Tallinn, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
